Eligibility for Refunds
1. Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
Service was not delivered as promised.
Technical issues that could not be resolved within the stipulated time.
Service cancellation initiated within 7 days of payment and prior to the start of the project.
2. Refunds are not applicable for:
Completed services where the client has provided final approval.
Delays caused due to client-side inaction or lack of communication.
Services explicitly marked as non-refundable, such as domain registrations and hosting.
If the under processed work is cancelled or degraded by the client itself, 30% of the amount will be deducted as service charge.
Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund, email us at support@techwyzo.in with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days.
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
